Count me in. I have a lot to lose and I've been struggling to stay motivated. My goal is to lose 80lbs. I would be happy to lose 5 and keep it off right now.

Hi Ladies, I have been MIA for a minute but I'm back. September was crazy!!! I need to get re-focused. I am currently at 193lbs and I'm hoping to see the 180s real soon. I went to the fair about a month ago when it was in San Diego and I ate before I got there. I just read an article in Weight Watchers magazine about this subject. Stick to the chicken kabobs. Have fun.

Did you take a piloxing class yet? I took my first class on Monday and loved it. I left the class soaked. My body is very sore right now but I'll survive.
