  • If I'm eating healthy and working out regularly I find that I don't need as much sleep as I normally do and have way more energy :-)
  • I've had a quick look at your diary, you don't seem to be recording fluid calories. You'll be surprised how much calories/sugar/fat you can consume in your beverages without even knowing it.

  • I find it really difficult to stay under my sugar rda. MFP have allowed 25grams of sugar a day but 2 pieces of fruit and I've already gone over that. My question is does sugar from fruit count?
