Just being consistent is probably the most important thing. If you do it before coffee, right when you wake up, then do the same thing next week.

EXACTLY how I was about my weight gain. I was at 189lbs and when I looked in the mirror I saw myself as 120. It was seeing myself in pictures that finally woke me up. 1 parts quinoa to 2 parts liquid. Cook it like rice. If you are in the mood for something sweet try it with small apple slices and/or blueberries with a dash of maple syrup or honey, and cinnamon. Yummm Yum.

Oh also, if you log your fruits/veggies, then if you look back and see some really good days you can actually see what you ate. If you ate a lot of fruits and veggies (plus other foods) and logged everything you could see exactly what you ate that day.
