It's been an abysmal start for June, what with a foot injury and a lost Fitbit charger, but here are my stats. No excuses. Things can only get better. ;) June 1 - 1,945 June 2 - 6,626 June 3 - 3,254 June 4 - 3,331 June 5 - 2,182 June 6 - 1,941 June 7 - 49 (where is the charger?) I am nursing a foot injury. I'd rather be exercising.

I'm in! I went from about 3,000 steps a day a couple weeks ago to consistently hitting 6,500 each day. I'm ready to hit 10,000! Desk job is not going to hold me back! :)

Hey all! I have had my Fitbit for a little over a week and would love some friendly competition! My goal is 10,000 steps per day, but I'm not even close to that yet as I sit at a desk all day. Time to make a move! https://www.fitbit.com/user/4K5XZG

I'm in! This is my first time doing a running challenge, and I'm really focused on completing the month and remaining accountable. My goal is 50 miles. I am registered for my first ever 5k on May 30th! :)

4/18: 184.6 4/25: 184.4 I did so well last week and then *ruined it* with a WHOLE LOTTA chocolate birthday cake over the weekend. Monday check-ins are going to keep me accountable from now on. And portion control...yeah, that definitely has to happen. Happy Monday!

I am in! Just made the decision to join Team In Training for the October race in NYC...starting from scratch and feeling SO darn good about it!
-
I'm a few days late, but eager to take on this challenge! Count me in please!
-
I'm joining late, but going for it anyway. Can't wait to see what December brings!

Favorite - mini Snickers and peanut butter cups Least favorite - candy corn and Smarties and Crabby Patties (forgot about those nasty little suckers)
-
What is "HR / FR" and "EM pts" - Heavy reps, favorite reps, extra movement? What were the team names? - Wolverines, Cheetahs, Tigers, Dolphins, Sharks, Geckos, Mustangs What week was this link for? - Week 4 I would love to join this challenge!!
-
I skipped September completely but I'm ready for October! 50 miles for me please!
-
This ^^. My trainer told me the same thing. I do about 10 mins of cardio to get warmed up, then weights, then another round of cardio. Per my HRM, I burn a lot more calories this way than if I skip the first round of cardio.

This sounds great! Thanks for sharing!

This worked for me too!

I just have to add that I had Christmas cookies on my mind last week. I could not stop thinking about frosted cut-outs. So on Saturday night, I made the batter. On Sunday morning, I baked and frosted about 10 dozen of those little suckers. On Sunday afternoon, I ate about one dozen with three glasses of wine. Yesterday…

Great job! You should be VERY proud of your accomplishment!

Weighed in today and I am still at 174. But...I had a lovely weekend drinking wine and eating cookies for my hubby's birthday.

This^^. When my daughter turned six, it was like someone flipped a switch and turned my innocent little baby into a raging lunatic with a spinning head (hubby and I affectionately called her Beetlejuice). And all that would come out of that head was whining. After a couple of weeks of pure hell, my husband and I just…

I would love to join! My CW is 174 and my goal weight for 12/31 is 155, for a total of 19 lbs to lose. How am I going to do it? Well, I suppose I will stick to my 1200 cal/day plan and try to drink LOTS more water. I've been sneaking the Diet Cokes in there lately and can really feel a (yucky) difference. I also want to…

You are a rock star! Keep it up!
