    My first goal is to be 170 by June 20th. That is 2lbs per week which may seem aggressive but, i know i can do it. Ive got 9 weeks to loose 18 lbs , I also know that it is going to be hard but if i put in the effort i should reach my goal. I would also like to tone up my entire body by then ! Ive got a lot of work to do.

    Joining in late, but am loving the motivation here! First challenge for me. Have been sitting at about the same weight since November--grateful I haven't gained, but I have about 7 lbs to get to my goal so what the heck am I waiting for? Let's do this!
