I guess my solution is to indeed count the sugars. As much as I am absolutely hating it - I am losing weight. I've swapped my fruit breakfast for egg whites, taken all sugar out of my coffee, etc. Darned if I'm not finally losing. Makes me wonder how anyone ever loses on WW which as I understand it allows unlimited fruit.

My warm-up basically consists of walking, then walking faster, then jogging and gradually getting up to speed. Takes about 10 minutes and covers a mile. For cool down, I just walk till my HR has returned to normal, then 5-10 minutes of good stretching of all the leg muscles.

Are you a heavy computer / smart phone user? Is the pain on the same side as your mouse or on the same side that you hold your device? Is it both sides or just one?

Morning workout is the only way I do it. I work anywhere from 8-16 hours a day. If I don't hit the gym first thing, it's not likely to happen. Set the alarm, have the gym clothes between you and the alarm and off you go.
