low-sugar carbs?
what are your favorite low-sugar carbs? I keep blowing my sugar allowance, but still have a ton of carbs left. Examples of my trouble foods are milk and bread (not to mention fruit). thanks!

I'm on the 1200 calorie plan and I'm having a devil of a time keeping under my system-recommended sugars. One glass of milk and one piece of fruit and bam, I'm done for the day. Any other runners here?
I'm trying to drop about 10 pounds. I run 5 miles a day or so. Since it's so hot - I've been drinking a G2 which is only 45 calories, but this is blowing half my sugar allotment for the day. Is there a better solution? thanks in advance and hi!
