Started February off with a 2.5 mile walk on the treadmill.

Yesterday was my rest day, I work at our local SPCA for about 8 hours and am always moving (or so it seems). So only 1 mile done so far this month, but today is another day.

This sounds like fun, I'm already doing the Exercise Across America so I can add this to it. I'm fairly new (again) and need to build my stamina up, I'm going low so I'll commit to 30 miles for November, and if I go more BONUS!!!!
