Hi! I started the slim fast plan yesterday. SO happy I found this group. I was wondering if I should still be taking a multivitamin when on slim fast. From what I can tell from the daily food diary breakdown, I am getting enough of all the essential vitamins. Currently just taking an Omega 3 supplement. What are you folks…

I am not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but at the bottom of the page where we log our food, there is a VIEW FULL REPORT that can tell you exactly what you've eaten and the calories from however long you wish: a week, a few days, to months at a time. Hope this is what you were looking for.
