My scale doesn't move either and it makes me question my work I'm putting into the gym, the meticulous weighing of food, the dessert skipping and the amount of money I'm shelling out for the gym membership which I've actually gone to love (well one NSV there). I bought a food scale and use it faithfully. Bought it last year to stick to a non-keto <1200 cal "balanced" ;) diet. Now that I've switched to a more carb conscious WOE, I still measure out portions. And the fat is still hanging around my caboose. I guess it likes it there....more so than I do, that's Fo Sho :/…

I feel your pain. {{{ group hug }}} I work out 6 days a week (new for me), gave up all the sweets I used to consume daily, and have stuck to low carb for weeks now.
