Welcome! and good luck! To cut down on my sugar cravings, I drank a glass of grapefruit juice every morning and normally didn't crave sweets for the rest of the day. However, now they've come out with the 100 calorie packs of cookies which help out quite a bit when I'm craving sugar. (Just a couple suggestions!)

I think the frozen dinners are pretty good. If you like those, of course. And I think the Honey Almond Flax bars are awesome.

I was just wondering how many calories everyone tries to burn during their work out or if anyone has a goal for burning calories. I normally try to burn around 400 with my normal workouts and then one day a week burn around 600. What about everyone else? I'm wondering if I'm working myself too hard. Although, I always feel…

And of course, as your skill progresses, it becomes easier with the "difficult" and "expert" levels to burn more calories. I "dance" just about every day, not only because…

I just joined not too long ago. Just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm hoping to be able to lose the weight the Army is telling me too, and be able to keep it off; instead of just about starving myself the month before weigh-in. So hopefully this will be successful for that and in the long run as well. And I'm…
