I use cottage cheese in my lasagna....it always turns out good. :) I don't care for ricotta cheese. To me, It has a chalky flavor. My mom mixes ricotta and cottage for her lasagna. Hope whatever you go with it turns out well.

I do the same thing...I LOVE my new balance but I have 749's for stability. and My five fingers I use for the weight training. I tried running in them once...I was NOT ready for the fire I felt in my calf muscles. trying not to heel strike is a task in itself LOL I have tried a lot of different shoes for running…

You might think I'm crazy but I play Just Dance & Zumba Fitness on the Xbox360 Kinect....and I wear my heart rate monitor and I burn SOOOOOO many calories! I highly recommend the the xbox kinect and a HRM!! You'll be surprised how many calories you'll burn just playing a game! I'm talking 600+ in 45 mins!!

I think I'm going to have a shakeology shake...its only 150 calories and pretty filling. I might throw some fruit in with it and make a smoothie or something.

My favorite shake is called a mocha chiller. Its a cup of cold coffee, a scoop of chocolate shakeology and ice in the blender. Its like a frap without the whip. I can fill up a venti travel cup from starbucks. 150 calories & delicious!
