I have been here about two and a half years and lost but have gained back most of the weight I lost. I need to measure my food because I'm sure I'm eating more than I log. Maybe you are in the same boat.....let's be accountable to each other.

Replied because I just befriended you on HOH and your history reenforced my dedication and commitment to never yo yo diet again. I don"t have any idea what R U LDS 2 really stands for but here is my guess.........Are you Latter Day Saints too? Can't wait to read other responses.

Do not know how to use "quote" with a reply.....so adding that I love the "running behind the wagon"....I'm at nearly 500 days and some days I have the same feeling......guess I will never get completely comfortable....but at least I am maintaining albeit with small battles.

How long have you been eating just 800-1000 calories per day? I think what most people are saying is that a huge calorie deficit like that is not sustainable for the long haul. It is going to make you lose a lot of weight at first but then you have to have a lifestyle change to keep the weight off and keep your body…

I see you have been on MFP since may 2012 and started using herbalife in January 2013...... Had you lost any weight using MFP without herbalife? Have you read the roadmap by "helloitsdan" on MFP? This is so awesome and the weight loss will come if you use it.
