I'm also 6'2" and right at 255 from a starting weight of 304. I'm also self conscious about my "man boobs". I've heard of women sitting on the washer for other reasons that will remain unspecified my reply. But technically since breathing burns calories, I'm sure you burn calories with "stuff jiggling", LOL Of course if you breathe harder.....well nevermind, LOL Not sure I would buy it if my wife was "working out" on the washer…

It amazes me that I've been her 3 weeks and am so much more conscious about what and how I eat. i'm almost disgusted with myself for how i used to eat. I'm an ER nurse and I'm sure there were days I could eat…
