  • Congratulations, wonderful transformation. So inspiring!
  • I am celebrating with you! I have been able to get out every morning before work at our YMCA, and exercise has helped immensely, and am down 82 lbs. since 7/16/20. Happy healthy weight loss journey to you and everyone on MFP.
  • You look fantastic. Keep up the good work. I am also a believer in IF. Have lost 82 lbs. since 7/16/20. It really works, and I don't feel deprived. Along with tracking my meals with MFP it is a win-win situation. Continue with your healthy lifestyle. Your transformation is stunning!
  • I'm sorry but what is PCOS?
  • You look like a different person. Keep up the good work.
  • My goal is to continue logging my food intake in MFP. To continue using my wellness YMCA gym pass (Monday thru Saturday) and to be better to myself.
  • Your journey has warmed my heart and inspired me to continue on with mine. I have lost 81lbs. since 7/16/20 and lately I have been feeling like I want to eat more than I should. I keep a hard copy of my food diary with me at all times and just look at it. If I have eaten all I should for the day, I try to keep myself busy…
  • All I can say is WOW!!!! As I pick my jaw up off the floor. You look fantastic! What were some of the everyday hurdles you encountered over this two year period. I am currently celebrating my 6 month adventure with 81 lbs. lost so far. Wishing you all the best on your continued good health and new life style.
  • You are truly an inspiration to others, and thank you for sharing your story with all of us here at MFP. It's stories like yours that help the masses.

  • Happy pre-anniversary and congratulations on all your hard work. You are truly an inspiration to others. I too am coming up on my one year anniversary this July. Back in December my plans to celebrate my one year weight loss journey was to meet up with my old pals "Ben and Jerry" ice cream. I have sent them a Dear John…
  • 116 today for me. I messed up over vacation this summer and forgot to log in until the next day. Happy journaling everyone!
  • Thank you so much for sharing your weight loss/new life style journey (pictures) to help others have a goal and inspiration to continue this weight loss journey. I have lost 72 lbs. since 7/16/20 myself. I am in the habit of weighing myself daily and writing down how much I weigh in my calendar each day. I can't believe…
  • May 2021 be better than 2020. I am hoping to gain more flexibility and core strengthening. Have lost 69 lbs. so far since 7/16/20 (68 y.o. and a habitual couch potato). Needed to lose 100 lbs. for bilateral knee replacement surgery, but with COVID ramped in the hospitals I will not be going that route for a while.…
  • Outstanding, and you did it by yourself. You are to be congratulated. You look like a different person. Feel good on how far you have come. Continue the journey with pride!!! Thank you for sharing.
  • I pick a word each month for motivation, and the word I would use for you is PERSEVERANCE. Congratulations on your transformation. By all means start taking body measurements, and put them into MFP so you can run/see reports as you further progress. Wonderful!!!! Keep up the good work. You not only look better, but I know…
  • You are a true inspiration. I have made a goal for myself that I will not look at how long it is to lose the 175 lbs. I want, no WILL lose. Each day is a new day of opportunity to achieve my goal. I have already gotten rid of 69 lbs. so far. Your journey has blessed my journey. God's blessings on your continued voyage. I…
  • I am shocked and dismayed over the harsh comment made. Anyone can see the difference in your stance and outward appearance/happiness. Don't let the negative comments keep you from your goal. Again I say "you look fantabulous". Keep up the good work.
  • OMG!!! I am in tears now, happy tears. You look FANTABULOUS. Thanks for the motivation. I needed it today. I weighed 319 on 7/16/20 in my Orthopedic Surgeon's office. Today I weighed in at 257.8. Celebrate with me as I am with you. God bless you and all the others who are on our weight loss journeys.
  • WOW I really needed this inspiration, especially after the Christmas feast I had yesterday. I really appreciate all of you above sharing your then and now pictures. It has helped to motivate me to keep on trucking on my own weight loss journey. Hopefully soon I will be showing a before and after "reveal" of myself.
  • You are a great inspiration. Thank you for not only helping yourself, but also in helping others with your story. God bless you along your lifestyle journey.
  • MFP has been a heaven sent, and this is not my first rodeo on the weight loss journey. I'm just in the right mind set now. Lost 67 lbs. since 7/16/20 by tracking my food, reading the different motivational/health/fitness blogs offered here. Not to mention the other members I have met along the way who offer encouragement…
  • You are to be applauded. It does not matter how long it takes, it the effort you are putting forth to be where you are now. Continued happiness on your new lifestyle journey.
  • You two did a fantastic job on your journey together. Are you doing maintenance now, and if so how is it going? Best wishes on your new lifestyle. You look like two different people.
  • Hello newbie here. The comradery is enlightening and everyone is very helpful to one another. Here are my stats: 68 years old - 5' 2" (so the Dr. says, I swear I was 5' 4") CW: 260.8 SW: 320 GW: 145 (I can't wait to get to ONEDERLAND) On 7/16/20 I made an appointment with an Orthopedic Surgeon for possible knee…
  • I love this site. I also like reading motivational quotes. I keep a notebook that whenever I find something that strikes my fancy I write it down. In my personal journal at the bottom of each page is one of these quotes that affects how I am feeling that particular day. Keep up the good work!
  • I am obscessed with "Popcorners". They come in a variety of flavors. The two I most LOVE are sweet and salty kettle and sea salt. They are shaped in a triangle at 120 calories per serving of 17 chips.
  • Congratulations and thank you for sharing your journey with us. It goes to show that with the time and effort you put in you loss your weight the right way. Keep up the good work.
