I started this journey 31 weeks ago using fit bit. I was logging my food there for a couple weeks, but their data base of food didn’t have a food I'd eaten. I typed in this food on a search and mfp came up. I’ve been here for 200 days.
In 31 weeks I’ve lost 46.4 lbs or 1.49 lbs a week. My goal was set for lose 1 1/2 lbs a week.

    Keep up the good work, you're worth it! It is amazing how fast time flies. Before you know it you're at goal and maintenance. Thanks for the inspiration.
