ME! Actually I'm 195 and I'm 5'3". I keep starting to watch what I eat and try exercising but always seem to fall off the wagon. Viscious cycle. I am hopping to drop atleast 25 by my 30th birthday in Jan.

honestly, as a vegetarian/vegan you make up your own rules as you go. Vegans typically don't eat any animal products/by products at all.... Vegetarians are more lenient and they vary in form. Some vegetarians still eat seafood-pescatarian, some eat dairy and eggs- lacto-ovo. Starting out I would try eliminating one thing…

I came across this recipe, but I have yet to try it. I'm sure you could just use nutritional yeast without the other spices if you wanted.
