I think I must not have been clear on what I was asking. I don't want to change my goals, or even calculate my targets. I simply want to VIEW my current day's worth of calories as a percentage of carbs/protein/fat. I only see it as grams total on my food log. I also highly recommend "Fathead" and "Farmageddon." There was a recent BBC show on the history of cereal. Did you know cereal was originally a sugar-free bland flake fed to patients in a mental hospital? That show was fascinating. If you search on youtube for "food that made billions" you should find it.

I'm new around here, and found this via a Google search. Is there another paleo thread, or is this it? Also has anyone tried to start a paleo support group in person? I am thinking of trying it but I'm not sure what kind of response I would have.
