I tried searching but couldn't find this answer.
How do you view your day's intake as a percentage of carbs/protein/fat instead of as a total in grams?
Thanks!!!

Click on the "My Home" tab. Click on "Goals." Click on "Change Goals." Change the radio button to "Custom" and click on "Continue." There you can view and customize the percentages of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.0

You should still go the gram route.
figure 1g Protein per LBM.
.30-.70g fat per LBM.
Carbs make up the rest.
So for me at 120lbs of lean mass i'll need at least 120g protein daily.
I'll have 36-84g fat depending on my lifting schedule.
Less fat on lift days and more on rest.
Carbs make up the other calories.0 -
I think I must not have been clear on what I was asking. I don't want to change my goals, or even calculate my targets. I simply want to VIEW my current day's worth of calories as a percentage of carbs/protein/fat. I only see it as grams total on my food log.
So instead of seeing 56 grams under protein, I want to know what PERCENTAGE that was of my total calories without having to manually calculate it.0 -
There is no way that I am aware of that it can be done other than calculating it manually unless there is some way to view it as a percentage on the phone app which I don't use.0

It shows you this on the iPhone / ipad app. Not sure about android. Don't know anyway to do it on the website though.0

iPhone app is the only way of doing that.
Again knowing how much of each would take some of the stress out of this.0 -
only the phone apps display it, including Android
otherwise you have to multiply carbs or protein by 4 and fat by 9 and do the math0 -
To see total percentages of fats, proteins, carbs
Home, daily and there are some icons to the right of Calorie breakdown, click on the circle, or farthest to right0
