  • Water weight and just having more food in your system has a lot to do with it! So don't freak... eat lower salt stuff today with tons of water.... Just remember a pound of fat is 3500 calories... on or off....

  • Victoria's Secret has pretty good bra's that dont give you a uniboob but have great support... I usually use one like that with a shirt that has a sports bra in it.... I know it sucks to feel constricted but some times you just have to suck it up to get that workout in! I feel your pain though...
