I've never dated a girl with a "rule" and if they had one they tossed it out the window. I don't understand why people wait, unless one is underage. Sex is sex. It can be rough, sensual, good, or bad. Find out what you like, then find a person that like it too.

I eat them back. I use to not eat them and I lost weight, and some muscle definition. A few months ago I started eating my cals back, and I have gained weight....but its from muscle growth not fat. Eat right, workout hard, and you will see the results you want.

For me MFP underestimates cals burned. For my GF, it over estimates. It all depends on the individual. I would eat the cals back with something light, like cashews, or almonds. A handful of each is about 160-180 calories. I would not trust a trainer who told me not to eat the calories back. IF you dont take the calories in…

I agree, increased sodium and high potassium level are key to minimizing muscle cramping, especially with people who run 10+ miles/wk.

I trust mine. My HR stays at 65%-85% and I manually matched the HR displayed with a manuel HR. Mine had an error of +/- 1-2% so I use it.

Just like they've said...you have to make a life style change. Anyone on those programs are not making significant changes...just temporary ones.

This man is in the know. Quest bars are awesome.

Take measurements and go by those instead of the stupid scale. Eat more. Get a heart rate monitor sometimes the cals burned are over/under estimated. It all depends on your HR (ave hr.)

1200? thats low. are you working out? Either way here is one: http://caloriecount.about.com/forums/weight-loss/calorie-meal-plans-love

Just weigh it before you cook it. If you are making it for several people, just make yours seperately.

I acutally increased my sodium intake to no more than 3300/day. I typically run 5-6 days a week at 3.5-9 miles each and get a good sweat from it, normally about 4-7lbs of sweat per run. Sodium is needed within the body and you can lose anywhere from 200-1100mg per lb of sweat. I wouldnt be concerned unless it was over…

I run for atleast an hour a day in the morning and I do Insanity in the evening. My GF does the same, but she only runs for 30-45 minutes in the morning. She wakes up at 445 to run, I dont.

I just looked over your exersize journal, and I agree weights will be helpful and instead of doing a slow walk you should pick it up to a speed walk or light jog. You need to move more. Invest in a heart rate monitor that you can input your sex, age, weight, height, etc. You need to eat less processed foods. You are what…

A good buddy is all you need. You can meet that goal in two months. I've done p90x, p90x+, and insanity (currently.) I found using the meals from those helped alot. I like tracing my foods with the MFP tracker alot. My GF ate a peice of cake and flipped out when it was 150 cals! She said "Do you know how much I have to…

You can add me, but I dont meet your #1....discrimination.

Also, cut out the lean cuisine, and add in two snacks between meals.
-
I like to eat a 50/30/20 carb/protein/fat.

There should be a coupon code for a free bar. I said the same thing until I tried them. They are great and filling. Also they don't use a lot of sugars in them. I eat the Cliff Mint Chcolate bars too.

Stop buying meals. Make your own breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also add in snacks, and it you can a walk/jog for 30 minutes a day. You are what you eat. Can you lose weight eating out, yes. Will it stay off? No. Just becuase the numbers line up, does not mean its good for you. I personally go over my sodium intake, but…

I try to eat my calories, but when I am doing doubles I cant meet it. I mainly watch fat calories (and which types of fats,) sodium, and potassium. I do go over sodium, but I also burn 1k-1800 cals day working out. I also cut out all whites from my meals, no white bread, rice, etc.

I eat quest bars, look them up.
-
Um, it is open.
-
Oh, wow. Genius.
-
You can add me.

It does if fat calories are excessive, simple carbs, crappy protiens, etc. I can eat McD's all day and stay within my daily calorie limit, but Im not gonna lose much weight.

Open you diary so we can take a peek. I though about this but then I looked over the OPs diary. That's his problem.
