Based on that i think you'd probably like the program. You might try Youtube or some less reputable sites to see if you can find a video of someone doing it or a knock-off to see if you'll like it. I got mine 2nd hand so it was cheap and was really worth what i spent. However, if you buy the full program it might come with…

I've done DDP Yoga. Here is my take. Personally i love the program. He's fun to watch and it is an enjoyable program. The videos have pretty good structure and if you follow the program they're a solid workout. That being said, He does mostly yoga poses (with different names) but the yoga is not meditative. Put them in the crock pot (i had like 10-12 legs) and mix them in with a sesame sauce (1/3 honey, 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce & 1/4 cup Soy sauce and about 1-2 tbs of sesame seeds w/ garlic to taste). I pulled the meat off the bone and served over rice. Was really good.

I am currently playing "Ogre Battle: March of the black Queen" on my SNES Emulator. My wife and i are playing Rift as our MMO and my guilty pleasure right now is a stupid little game called "Craft the World". It's silly in concept but it's really addicting.

Loaves and Fishes was a great answers..on a more serious note, Jerky is great. If not that, if you know it's going to be a while you can freeze the yogurts that come in the little squeezable packages. Grab one and go...in about 3-5 hrs they thaw and taste just like they do out of the fridge.

Please add me. I need more friends as well! Also, as we all know, Dr. Who fans are the greatest.
