I struggle with this too! :( I find the nights I don't binge are when I occupy myself with other things - go on a walk, skype with friends, read, maybe even work out. And don't stop drinking the water!

If I'm going to run, it HAS to be in the morning. I like the peace and quiet and for nobody to be around, although it is sometimes difficult to get out of bed for. Most of the time I work out on my cross trainer/work on my abs at night after dinner. I think I prefer working out in the morning because I feel like it's out…

I got completely scammed by a website buying them. They told me I got a months free trial but I didn't, by entering my card details it somehow allowed them to take payment for three months worth which was to come to around £260. I didn't realise until my bank told me. I managed to cancel half of the money from going out…

I have wheat biscuits with a little milk to soften them. Sometimes I treat myself to 1/4 spoon of sugar to sweeten it up but it also works great with most fruits too! That way I never get bored.

I used to go to the gym but I'm pretty self-concious and I felt like I wasn't as good as the others, or that they were looking at me. (Silly, I know.)
