I love keto. Might not work for everybody but it works for me. I have lost 75 lbs. I have always had so much inflammation- it’s gone. My knees don’t hurt anymore. ^I agree with this one unless you are somebody that has dreamed of what your wedding dress would look like. that just was never me. I liked the first one I tried on. I bought mine off the rack- and they altered it a bit.

maybe log out of your my fitness pal and log back in , it should be there. but where did you get the my progress on your page - shows how much you've lost and have to lose. I think I want that instead of my ticker.

I don't understand why a doctor would be pushing you towards it, and whats the rush that he feels like you need to take it off like yesterday? I also have hypothyroidism and I joined in july and lost almost 50 in about 4-5 months by staying within my calories for the day, and walking. I think surgery seems like a lot more…

Have you looked into v-nus closure? I had that done a month ago. Got rid of the bulging varicose veins. If you have spider ones on your leg it doesn't get rid of those. I followed doctors orders after and had no pain at all. I had to wear a hose on my leg for a month or 2 before insurance would pay for it.

unmedicated thyroid issues I'd say this.

fat or skinny isn't the only thing that makes a person looking good. maybe your hair was cute and healthy. maybe your skin had no acne. maybe you gained weight but still looked good!!!
