Hi fellow ketoers :)

I am starting my second week and I am not getting enough protein. I need 120 but I am between 65-75 , any suggestions ?

    120 is a lot. I really doubt you need that much.

    That's too much. I stay under 60 grams a day.

    I disagree. Aiming for higher protein is generally more beneficial to health than barely enough protein.

    120g is fairly high though. It sounds like you are having a hard time hitting that goal, you could always go a bit lower and be okay.

    I too have a hard time hitting my protein goal. Eating lean meat helps a bit. I also use a protein powder.
