Are you genuinely concerned about OP's longterm goals or are you just trolling someone with a concrete goal?

According to my measurements, I'm a size 6 now. I have been looking at the size charts for stores online, and I can't believe it. I haven't tried on any clothes though... I'm almost scared to! :o

Quick tip - if you are trying on the same jeans over and over to see if you fit in them - make sure you wash them sometimes, because they get stretched out. They may fit when stretched but not when freshly washed!

Not in the slightest. But sometimes he sees the number on my "if every day were like today..." screen, and I let him believe I weigh that much. ;) He knows how much I've lost, though. I trumpet that around the apartment every time I hit a milestone. I don't know how much he weighs either, actually. He's a chef and we talk…

Starting to see the shape of my whole knee cap as the fat continues to hang off of it more and more.

I use Cellucor's C4. It tastes decent. Gives me a good boost for my hardest days, but I try to stay away from it if I don't need it, since its a toooon of caffiene. I can't do the max allowed dose (2 scoops) because once my heart rate gets into the cardio zone, I feel like I'm gonna throw up. But 1 scoop works and feels…

You are correct. I have macro and micro nutrient goals, sometimes I don't meet them, but I always try to. I think you could say the same for yourself. 1200 cals is not my forever lifestyle. I have a wedding dress to fit into! And yes, I'm going to up it to maintenance and lift heavier weights later to recomp a bit.

I'm one of those weirdos who rocks it out at around 1200. I'm 5'3, and I've lost 30lbs. I net about 1000 calories a day. Tons of energy, hair is thick, nails aren't falling out, haven't turned into a lizard or whatever. I weigh my food, too. I actually struggle to get to 1200 some days. Like on Monday night, I was at…

I feel like the ball is finally rolling, you know what I mean? I've seen some results, other people have noticed results (don't lie, everyone looks forward to this) I've lost a fair bit of weight, gotten into a good groove, improved eating habits are now actually habits, won the battle with sodium, etc. At my weigh ins I'm…

Feel free to friend me, I'm a maniac of positivity lately.

Exercise did wonders for my depression. I have left SO MUCH baggage at the gym. It was good therapy. I hope you find the same. Your body is capable of so many surprising things, even when you think you are out of shape. You will feel stronger every day, both mentally and physically! Don't work out for anyone else but…

I've been going hard since May 1st, and people are just now starting to comment. Don't worry, people will notice!

I'm in a bit of a plateau as well -- I think my sodium levels were way off, because I'm retaining water like it's my job. But I've been netting only 1000 calories each day for a long time. So hopefully I am in for a big whoosh at some point. I have all my extremities crossed. I will be buying a wedding dress in 17 days…

I really want to try this. I keep forgetting to look into to it -- thanks for this thread! Just opened a tab to do some research on it.

I'm in a similar boat! I'm 5'3 and losing weight for a wedding too. Add me! :)

I'm so glad I read this today.

You are killin it! Good job :)

To help yourself get into the habit, try a preworkout supplement before you go to the gym. It'll get you pumped. I would recommend weaning yourself off it once you get in the groove and your body adjusts. Those powders have a ton of caffeine.

The woosh I've been waiting 2 weeks for  Also 5pm. I just wanna go home.

This is how I do the weekend without swan diving out a window on Monday morning.

Well this thread spiraled delightfully out of control
