Just taken my measurements, and although i didn't seem to loose much weight these last weeks i have lost 6" (15cms) off my body :).

I love her and her workouts. I find her quite motivating, she explains everything properly rather than just prancing around the screen shouting "come on girls". When i'm ready to stop, she keeps me going.

I do the same but i add Robinsons Barley squash instead as this is somehow supposed to be a tad better than ordinary squash. Strawberry and kiwi tastes amazing! Find it so much easier to get the recommended daily water intake if drank with squash rather than on it's own.

Day 6 done, definately finding i can last easier now but the stupid butt kicks and jumping jacks are killing my shin splints so i probably don't put as much effort as i should into these :S. Looking forward to starting level 2 soon :).

I know the flavours are a bit different here in the UK. I have a ordered a vanilla the other day by mistake so i guess i should give that a go with more fruits. Chocolate and banana together sounds amazing, two of my favourite things combined! Thanks for the ideas :D.

I use compression socks for running to help with my shin splints, the compression helps reduce the impact on my shins. I may look a weirdo but at least i'm not walking like John Wayne for the rest of the week :).

May try blending my shakes with fruit, just have to find a fruit that goes nicely with cappucino or chocolate :). Thanks.

I'm doing this but haven't managed to do this every day, i have been leaving a couple of days in between as i'm fighting for the tv! On day 5 now and already feeling much stronger and feel ready to move onto level 2 soon. Good luck and i look forward to seeing your results!
