I totally agree...so I have went to using my heart rate monitor. That means when my heart rate is up I am losing calories. I only track what my monitor says! Everyone is different in their own calorie burn! Invest in a HRM and start tracking. Also I have noticed that the more I exercise and lose the lower my calorie burn…

I totally forgot that i had a heart rate monitor... DUH!!! So I just did it and I am 5'9 192lbs and I lost 293 calories!! Just FYI if anyone of you were wondering along with me

summer is hard when it is so hot outside to have any type of appetite. I usually go for the cold fruit! What I noticed is when you get that way with the heat you are also missing out on protein.
