Yep I have, the first time I was actaully going to try to run outside, took my dog with me (bad idea from the start) she crossed over infront of me and down I went with her. Got up quicker then I every thought was possible and went right back home, no serious injuries just a skinned leg and some bruising.

You are looking fantasic!! Keep up the good work, you have every reason to celebrate! :)

i agree 12 for 90 calories in so many great flavors!

Thats a great idea!! I have also been using smaller dishes, but will have to try the smaller utensils as well. Another trick I have learned is to put your fork or spoon down between each bite while your chewing, this causes you to eat slower and gives your stomach a chance to tell your brian it's full before you over eat.

I do Zumba at home and my feet were hurting too when I wore running shoe's. I know where the Dr Scholl's quick flatts and I can make it through a whole class without sore feet. My problem is that I have very narrow feet with a small arch, so no matter what running show I wear once I tie the laces my feet feel squished. YOu…

I like 3 meals a day with 2-3 snacks, sometimes my breakfast is small, but I like to snack and pick throughout the almost all the time dinner is my biggest meal

I'm a binge eater as well... it is hard battle, you feel like your constantly fighting. But it's ok we all give in sometimes at some point. Just hop right back and start again. Your not alone. You can do anything when you set your mind to it

Thats great!! There is nothing better then seeing and feeling results to help keep you motivated. Goo job!!

Great post I agree, I love being a happy person, every time I start to feel a little down I just think about all the great things in my life. There is nothing worse then having to deal with grumpy people thoughout the day. being happy and smiling can solve more then people think

Same thing happens to me, but for me it;s when I get home from work at 4:00, my husband is sleeping because he works nights, and I do the exact same thing. Sweet-salty-sweet-salty. I don't think there is a cure, just pure will power. Good luck to all
