    2 egg whites and 1 egg with half a tomatoe chopped up, as well as 1/4 green pepper chopped up, and a little onion.

    I planned to put this all into an omlet I could roll up in my Dempster's Body Wise %100 Whole Grain tortilla - but it was too large to fit in it! I couldn't wrap it up, so the tortilla acted as a hand holder, like a taco shell!

    First thing I thought was - holy crap, I guess I made too much! But it was huge because of all the veggies - the final calorie count (including 1/2 cup skim milk to drink) was 290... Not bad, I think.

    Maybe next time I will use a few less veggies so the content fits in my tortilla!
  • I had a 100 calorie chocolate milk, a thomas' breakfast wheat thin (100 cal), and 1.5 tbsp of whipped cream cheese for 60 calories and a small orange juice (55 calories) for a total of 315 calories :)

    all these food choices are making me hungry!

    i hate the ultimate meal shake for breakfast with half a banana and a cup of plain almond milk.

    not the best thing in the world but i gives me a lot of good stuff in it! =)

    This morning I had 1/2 cup of egg whites with cherry tomatoes, 4 melba toast with peanut butter on it. It was yummy and filling :)

    Amaranth grain cooked with chocolate soy milk, then mixed in some coconut and almonds. Mmmmm!

    I never feel like cooking in the morning and usually eat my breakfast at work;

    today it was plain ff yogurt, strawberries and blueberries with a little agave granola sprinkled in

    1 slice cheddar cheese
    1 slice canadian bacon
    100 calorie english muffin
    1 sliced tomato on the side
    1/2c skim milk with 1 shot expresso
  • 1.5 eggs + 1/2 c egg beaters + mexican cheese + chopped up honey smoked ham deli meat + a little bit of hot sauce for flavor

    My normal breakfast, a serving of oatmeal with laughing cow light swiss cheese mixed in along with whatever spices I have on hand. I top it with 2 eggs, sunny side up, chop them up and mix it all together. Sometimes I add in turkey sausage if I'm feeling fancy. It's SO good and tastes fantastic!

    I had 2 Kashi 7 grain waffles topped with almond butter, nutella, a sliced banana and blackberries. Sometimes I use apple butter instead of almond butter. SO good!

    I had peanut butter banana honey yogurt wrap. I use plain chobani greek yogurt (about 4 ounces), PB2 serving, 1/2 teaspoon honey, and splenda (1-2 packets). I mix it all together and sometimes add some walnuts. I spread this on extreme wellness high fiber wrap with banana slices. I switch between this and my oat bran. My hubby got me addicted to this. Take scoop vanilla protein powder with sugar free vanilla syrup (4 tablespoons). Then add 72 grams raw oat bran. Mix together. Will be thick. Sometimes I add raisins. You can add cinnamon to taste, pb2. It is like a no bake cookie. Really good with hot drinks. Hubby liles to freeze the mixture to take a bite and then a sip of hot tea.

    i started running recently and it seriously messes with my appetite...i dont want to eat until lunch time! but i had a quarter of an avocado, and some cucumber slices...the rest of the cuke and avocado went into my veggie wrap for lunch!

    I had oatmeal.. And rather than cooking it with milk or water I used apple juice. It was super tasty
