Thanks for the response guys. Really helpful. I have a metafit class in the morning so I will have a pretty good idea after that how it is affecting me. I will take it easy if need be. I can't wait to get out of this fat suit as I am sure there is some serious muscle under there! I am a little concerned I am eating too…

I just find bouillon makes me, uncomfortably, thirsty. Though that would have been with my normal diet...

Thanks guys. Lots of great advice! So far no carb flu, I have included olives,in brine, and bacon in my diet so I think I have been having quite a bit of salt which may have helped things. I also suffer from inflammation, if it helps with that then I will be over the moon! I will also get this checked, thanks.

Im the same as that ftrobbie, tired not hungry. Maybe its just all a bit of a shock and the body is adjusting. I am on total body circuit tomorrow, pretty scared!
