I use to get sick of it, but since I started using MFP, it is so much easier!!!! I also know if I don't do it the extra little bites add up before I know it and then that means the scales add also!!

I use the WII all the time plus mix in other forms or exercise. I espeically like the WII ZUMBA. Yes, there are ways to cheat it if you are not trying to get results. I have lost 30 and it would be fantastic to get another 30 by Christmas which at 2 lbs a week it should be work!!! I am in!! How does this work do we just report back when we reach 30 lbs or what? This is the first challenge I have joined on MFP!!! Good luck all!!!!!

I am 48 with about 70 more lbs to lose. That sounds so much better than 100lbs that I had started with!!!!

I weigh in the morning and the afternoon. I only count the morning weight. I was getting frustrated because of the fluctuation, but then started looking at the overall picture. Once I realized that I am still averaging 2 lbs a week, it was not so depressing.
