This is the heart rate you need to promote a significant metabolism boost! I check mine wiht the machine at the gym, google your age gr oups vo2 max and find…

Yes! :) protein!! no better substitute for carbs than protein. Why not eat more chicken breast? it digests slow, is lean, and keeps you full longer than carbs. You'll end up eating less cals overall, be more thermogenic and burn more fat!

Its true more nutrient dense foods, like veggies, usually have more fiber than less nutritious carbs- ie refined flours, which the fiber legitimately fill you up
-
you have to take into account so many other factors like the glycemic index of the carb your eating, the fiber, vitamins & antioxidants, the phytonutrients it provides, and its effect on your hormal level, albeit these are small factors and based on how often you eat chocolate vs spinach they make a difference in how you…

A good low cal snack is yogurt with fruit! almost everyday I go with: half green organic apple serving of Fage greek yogurt (23g protein!!- 130 cals) raspberries/blueberries dash of raw old fashion oats its only around 200 cals, super bomb, and the slow digesting casein in yogurt keeps you full for hours!

If I were you I'd: a. change my workout (cardio or weight)- more reps, more often, or more weight, maybe try HIIT b. change my macros- exchange some carbs for protein (but i wouldn't suggest raising fat over 33%) c. change my actual foods i eat- instant oatmeal to steel cut, whey powder to soy powder, cut out more…

On keto you dont retain any water so taking in extra sodium makes sense since its a vital mineral and its absorption would be hindered due to that. A glass of water at each meal would definitely help you out, also since your sweating a lot at every workout and the RDAs are made for inactive couch potatoes, I'd definitely…
