green tea - supplement or actual tea

does anyone know if you are supposed to actually drink green tea or if you can just take it as a supplement and what brands are recommended, as well as how much/often?

    Yea I've read studies that say if you're drinking it to burn fat you need 6+ for any significant effects, thats why I go with a green tea extract pill from bodybuilding.com, i got it super cheap for like $8 for 100 caps. I also drink green tea cups with it all day for max effect. search green tea on bodybuilding.com n the article might come up
