I've converted from SW to MFP as I stayed the same. I've lost 52 pounds in total using both tools. I love MFP because it's shown me that even though I was on a diet before, I was still overeating on healthy foods. I feel much better and have even got really into exercise because that can be logged too. Good luck!

I'm going to be a little pedantic. (I apologise already) but it is 80% diet and 20% exercise. :)

Don't give up. You're the better person than your so called friend. Do this for you. You deserve it. She/he'll get what is coming to them! What goes around comes around and everything happens for a reason. This will make you stronger! x

I was slightly heavier than you after my operation. I like you disliked exercise. Once I got down to a certain weight I joined exercise classes. I had to motivate myself to go once a week before but then I started going twice, then three, now I do 4 - 5 workouts a week and love it. I couldn't not exercise now or I feel…

You have to eat after a workout so that your muscles replenish themselves. Your muscles will become depleted and damaged in the short run but will repair when you fuel them again, otherwise they will break down in order for you to refuel. Eat protein, drink milk and take fish oils to help with DOMS and reduce inflammation.
