Mine have been pretty simple lately. I put two scoops of Body By Vi shake mix and one 6oz container of Chobani nonfat Greek yogurt in a blender with ice and water. I drink it on my way to work (7:00am) and it satisfies me until around 10:30.

I love Peanut Butter. I normally buy the natural kinds but the last time my husband went to the store he bought Skippy and by the time I realized it my son had already opened it. So I have been eating that lately but only 1tbsp. each day.

I try to eat fruit, veggies or sometimes whole grain crackers and some peanut butter.

I find that working out in the mornings is better for me. I'm not sure if there really is a certain time that is better for EVERYONE. My personal opinion is as long as your working out that is what matters.

Hungry Girl has some recipies using them. I haven't tried any but she makes some mini tacos using them. I have wanted to try them but haven't gotten around to it yet.

I cook egg whites in the microwave every morning. I top them with a fat free cheese slice, baby spinach and some sort of protein. I take all that and put it on a 100 calorie english muffin. Mine does that alot while I am working out in the house. Sometimes it goes to zero and then jumps to 200 and something.

I do... But I don't work out until 7:00. So I just think it is me being worn out after a long day.

When I did weight watchers it would acutally start adding points if you went over a serving of certain fruits and veggies in one day. Like I would eat Birds Eye steamfresh corn and it would add a point if I ate over the standard serving amount. It also stats on the site that they only recommend you eat so many zero point…
