I am grateful for delicious food that fits my macros and micros. I'm grateful for the company of my cats (and my fiance sometimes, lol). I'm grateful for my two jobs that allow my little family to have a roof over our heads.

Thank you all so much. Angels, all of you.

I only go twice a month and each trip I purchase $30 of cheese. That's it.

I'm so very happy for you! You look incredible now - you're physically glowing! Healthy looks good on you. <3 I'm struggling with my very slow recovery from ED-NOS. Seeing your incredible victory made me so happy and filled me with hope.

It's like we're twins or something. The only cereal I can eat without doing too much damage is rice krispies.

I was on Topiramate in high school for migranes. I could only stand to be on the medication for less than a year due to the side affects. I was gaining weight, my hands and feet were numb, I forgot simple words and sentence structure, and could hardly walk in a straight line due to dizziness. It was nice to not have…

I'm in! :D

Thanks, all! I completely forgot that my shoes might be the problem, because it happens in whatever pair I'm in. Bahhh, knees kinda suck sometimes.

Bump?

My kittens lay on the floor together on their backs with their legs spread wide. My fiance always says that they're airing out their balls. Hahahahahaha.

I will call everyone Sir, Ma'am, or Miss (if appropriate). It's out of respect; I don't mean any harm. I will never change.
-
That's an incredible change!

I'm almost positive that we'll be going on a cruise as FH is dying to go (he's never been) and I like that we won't be able to use electronics. No phone calls from the 'rents, work, anywhere. Just sunshine and salty air, and a lot of fun in the cabin ;)

I'll be changing my last name, however much I dread the process. It just makes sense since our last names are so close. I'll be going from Salatti -> Salma.

Peanut butter and jelly!

Treat yourself with love and kindness, ask yourself what's up, and try to prepare yourself mentally to prevent it from happening next time (always the hardest part, in my experience). Oh, and drink a ton of water.

OMG CHEESE. But really, I've been on a cereal kick lately, also. CHEESE, THOUGH. YUM.

Oh man, that's so fantastic! I would love to switch to tea full time, but between school, work, and keeping together an apartment, I barely get enough sleep to function without it. Luckily, I can live on only one cup, but more than that is torture for my belly. I'll try to quit when I finally graduate.
-
That's fantastic! It really is the little things in life that make all of the difference! Congratulations, I consider you a great success!

Barefoot or socks depending on my mood and how cold the apartment is.

The halal food cart on campus. They know me as "chicken gyro, both sauces".
-
Olive Garden. Nothing in particular, but I would so love a food coma following bowl after bowl of salad and a taste of Italy platter.

Can we just keep this going forever and ever and ever..

You look fabulous! It's not at all what I had in my mind when you mentioned a beach wedding, but now that I see it on you, it looks so perfect. I'm happy you stuck to your guns and bought the dress that you fell in love with because your wedding is about you and Cullen, not that your mom doesn't like your body in the dress…

I have not been through any tragedy of the sort, but I needed to tell you that your story left me in tears. I think you are amazing and strong for sharing this.

I make a bit of a trail mix snack with them. Raw almonds, Craisins, and a few mini chocolate chips if I have them. I rarely have any almonds besides raw on hand.

I think of it as my own personal social rule to never ask anyone that question. I know that I look pregnant in certain outfits and on certain days, but I would be CRUSHED if someone asked me.

I have not even lost half a pound in almost two months on here, but I'm not disappointed. I'm more here to work on fixing my relationship with food and I believe that the weight loss will follow with time. I'm super motivated by the day-to-day successes of everyone on here. I always have my MFP friends on my mind when…

He keeps trying to wake me up at 4am for waffles. Sometimes you've got to start early if you want t succeed.
