A Kiwi style Sunday roast pork with crackling and all the trimmings. Roast potatoes, kumara, parsnip, carrots, pumpkin, silver beet, broccoli& cauliflower in cheese sauce, with a self saucing chocolate sponge with a large helping of ice cream. Haven't had a meal like this in years.0

Unlimited chicken alfredo with extra sauce from Olive Garden, along with unlimited salad and breadsticks....and then my grandmothers sweet potato cake with home made coconut/walnut icing for dessert...ohmahgoodness!0

I'm really not trying to knock people if fantasizing about their favorite is fun, but for me the way to lose weight is to be less food-centered rather than more. I'd rather think about a walk I'd like to take, a movie I'd like to watch, etc.
When people talk about the "lifestyle change" aspect of weight loss, I believe gently directing one's focus away from food is part of it.0 -
