I took a picture of myself a month ago and I took one of today with the same outfit. I started insanity 2 weeks ago and totally changed my eating habits. I eat much healthier now and eliminated junk food. Do you guys see improvement?

Left picture was 1 month ago and right picture is today.

Can't see the picture? Can you try fixing it please?

On another note, great job with sticking with Insanity so far and also keeping up with great eating habits! I'm planning to start Insanity in 2 weeks, how are you finding it? Looking forward to seeing your pic once its fixed :)

How are you liking Insanity so far? Tonight's workout will be a week and a half in for me. So far, I am enjoying it! Only issue is that it is hurting my feet :(

    Keep up the good work

Thanks everyone! I really like insanity so far, it's really tough but I'm pushing myself! I can't wait to see more results in 2 months! I forgot to measure myself on day one but I did after a week and a half so I'll check again in a few weeks to see if there's changes in inches lost. I noticed that the weighing scale isn't all that helpful. I only lost 2-3 pounds.

It is not possible to keep up with the people in the video so don't kill yourself trying. Just work at your own pace and monitor your heart rate. I bought a heart rate monitor on amazon for ~70$, Polar FT7. It tracks your heart rate and records calories burned (great for MFP tracking). Good luck!
