You need healthy fats to loss weight if don't eat enough fats your body holds on to fats. I loss weight very steady I fat 75- 80 grams a fat a day.

I was eating 1200 calorie a day diet I was losing muscle and not body fat. I upped my calories to 1500 a day and lost 3.5 pounds in a week plus 1% body fat. Since your eating 1300-1400 I would up calories by 100 a week to see what your body needs.

My train says not to eat your workout calorie but if you only have calories at like 1200 you will need more on days you workout
