  • Hey! Well main thing for losing weight is you need to track what you eat. Everyone i know who i convinced to track thier food FINALLY lost weight. not just your calories but track your MACRONUTRIENTS... you will see a difference within a month if you stick with it.   • Good luck brother...Number one tip is know your calories your supposed to eat with the Macronutrients for weightloss and hit those everyday. Of course work out as well. But persistance is the key! BTW what is a "stone" equal too in pounds?

  • I think if you weren't "good enough" to be thier friends before then forget them. They are not worth your time now..I personally treat everyone equal age, weight, race, gender etc... Anyone who acts like they are better then someone else is worth less then 0 to me. Just my opinion..

  • I dont know anything about bikinis lol but im pretty good with health in general. But probably nothing new i can tell you im sure you haven't heard. Mainly it's all about your numbers... and remember nutrition is 80% of where your results come from not just working out :-)
