I have been told if you exercise every day your body will get used to it and you will find it hard to lose weight. Is this a fact or just another myth?
i am trying to exercise for 1 hour 5 times a week, and if i can, every day. i do some cardio for 45 mins and then 15 mins of weights as i am trying to lose as much weight as i possibly can in four weeks for my holiday next month. is this good or bad for me?
thanks

You need at least ONE rest day a week. Think of it as a well deserved break.... Also with working out everyday...you CAN however you have to be sure to do different body parts everyday. At least with weight lifting... For example one day do legs, next day do back , next day chest...etc....Also dont forget nutrition is where 80% of your results come from working out is 20%.0
