Hello everyone - I have to admit I've been a bit of a stalker up to this point, I've been on mfp since January and in that time have lost 23 lbs. I'd like to lose another 10-15lbs. My journey goes back a little further though and in all I've lost 42lbs I'm sitting at 156 right now and I've been stuck there for a few months. I've added strength training into my excercise regimine and have noticed differences in my body from that. I'm patient though and have faith that if I keep doing what I am it will come off eventually. My goal is to just be the fittest I can be when I turn 40 in a few months and I have to say right now I feel great. Thank you everyone for letting me stalk your post and gain knowledge and inspiration from them. If I can do that for anyone all the better. Happy Losing!
