If I am out of calories I eat dill pickles or cucumbers

I would paid better attention to what went into my mouth. finding it hard to eat enough to make 1200 calories a day, before I would eat 1200 calories or more per meal. We shall PERSEVERE

try to eat close to the calories they give you and drink lots of water also watch your ratio on the wheel in the summary part and stay close to the ratios they give you. It works I have lost 16 pounds so far

diannethegeek thanks for the info because now that you mention it I have realized that my fluid intake is way down from what it was before.

thanks for the info I usually walk or ride a bike, I'll try some strength training maybe that will help. I usually eat more to compensate for the exercise maybe cut down on that also.
