was losing weight but all of a sudden started gaining, I am eating within calories and exercising any help would be appreciated

Well I think I agree with what most people say, after you lose weight for so long you are bound to start building muscle, muscle weighs more then fat so that can cause your weight to go up. You could always try mixing up your workouts, try something new to give you a bigger calorie burn and see what happens0

thanks for the info I usually walk or ride a bike, I'll try some strength training maybe that will help. I usually eat more to compensate for the exercise maybe cut down on that also.0

If you've recently started exercising or have bumped up your workout, sore muscles absorb more water to help them heal. Drink lots of fluids and watch your sodium intake and that will help flush out any extra water weight.0

diannethegeek thanks for the info because now that you mention it I have realized that my fluid intake is way down from what it was before.0
