I'm 5'9" or just over and I fit best into a 0 at 115lbs, but I generally stick to wearing 2's because 0's have me looking like I'm ready for the floods. :/ #tallgirlproblems

I read the other day that the average American eats upwards of 2,700 calories daily. That's so unfathomable to me, but I guess when you're eating processed garbage that doesn't fill you up it's a lot easier to consume that many calories than it would be to eat 2,700 calories of whole foods? It's still disturbing, anyway.

I don't know about other people's individual situations, but I know I can say things like that in a sort of self-deprecating way. Like, "Okay I just purged and I'm a total screw-up lol this is beyond ridiculous [in the worst possible way]." That's just my coping mechanism. Just saying, be careful before you jump to any…

I always run outside. My gym is a mile or so from my dorm and it seems silly and counterproductive to go all the way out there just to get my run in...if I were to jog there and back I'd have finished well over 3/4 of the workout anyway!

1. What did you have for breakfast? Nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt. 2. How much water do you drink per day? 2 liters, minimum. Often more. 3. What are your favorite snacks? Turkey jerky, fruit, Larabars...depends on my mood, really. 4. How many calories do you eat per day? 1300 or so. 5. What do you generally eat for lunch?…

I'm 5'9" as well...goal is whatever feels healthy. I'm somewhere around 115 right now, but I have an incredibly tiny frame (as in, when it comes to doing the whole thumb and finger around the wrist thing, I can touch not just my index finger, but my pinky!), so it's a weight that works for me. Feel free to add me...my…

I'm midway through Week 2 myself. I'd be happy to do a group with some other interested people...so far I'm loving the program!

I definitely know how you feel. I'm recovering from anorexic tendencies and sometimes eating at my BMR is a struggle. It's so much easier to just say screw it and decide not to eat anything than to make consistently good food choices. I might have to look into intermittent fasting when I'm out of school; it sounds like a…

Has he tried getting in touch with her publicist? You can find the address for that here: http://www.fanmail.biz/110177.html

You say that but according to your profile you're aiming for a goal weight which would give you BMI of 16.1 which would make you severely underweight. Are you sure you don't still have body image issues of your own?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but: (http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/48596412/ns/today-today_rossen_reports/t/rossen-reports-can-you-believe-diet-frozen-dessert-labels/#) EDIT: Someone beat me to it! Love how on top of things everyone is. (:

I lovee cinnamon rolls but I typically just avoid the hell out of them because they're a massive calorie bomb, and pretty nutritionally void.

I've used nothing but Diorshow for the past 6 years or so. I love it. There's a waterproof version that doesn't budge. No clumps, tons of length with a little volume and curl thrown in for good measure and absolutely no clumping if you apply it right. As far as lipsticks go, NARS makes a damn good one. Super pigmented and…

I just discovered Trader Joe's whole wheat tortillas. The smaller size only has 45 calories and I wouldn't even call it all that small. Definitely worth a try if you can find them.

I just started using the C25k Pro app for Droid, which I love so far. Tells you exactly what to do and it lets you listen to your own music in between cues, for only $2. Can't beat it!

I used to have awful problems with my skin, especially around my period. Here's what worked for me: 1) A Clarisonic Mia with the acne brush. I know it's expensive, but it's such a good investment and it lasts basically forever. It's like the best thing you can do for your skin. 2) Drink a TON of water. Like, two liters a…

I just started yesterday, interested to hear people's responses myself.

I had a super eye-opening moment when my family went to Johnny Rocket's the other day. We used to eat there all the time and when I was a kid I would split chili cheese fries with my mom, and then have chicken tenders and a kids size milkshake for me. I think there were even a few times when I was a preteen when I would do…

I don't because I have a sort of embarrassing thing where I only will drink large quantities of water when it's SmartWater. I get the big 1.5L bottles and drink about 2/day, so I always know how much I've drank without having to really track it.

Dorm food! Specifically, beef and broccoli, brown rice, and maybe a crab rangoon or two...that's probably not so much inspirational as much as something to make you feel better about whatever you come up with. ;)

I never eat breakfast in the dining hall, because their breakfast offerings are usually pretty processed, fatty, and nutiritonally void in general. I stick to simple stuff I can make easily in my room. Today it was oatmeal, and I just cut up a grapefruit and set out some greek yogurt to have for tomorrow. A little planning…

I'm starting tomorrow. I can run a mile or so pretty easily, but anything after that totally winds me and then I get frustrated and defeated. Hopefully C25k will ease me into distance running.

My junior year starts tomorrow...can't believe it's half over already! So nuts. But anyway, feel free to add me. (:

I always take 2 of the one a day gummies (although the fact that they're called one a day when the serving is 2 always gets me...who let that slide past the marketing team?) no matter what. I'm in college and it can be a pain to remember to take pills. Plus, even if i eat super clean the rest of the day, I feel like I've…

I feel you there. I'm not sure which is worse, text message breakups or the whole "I'm just going to ignore you for so long that I can convince myself we 'grew apart'" thing. I had someone pull the latter on me a couple months ago. I'm still in awe of how douchetastic some people can be!

Drink a ton of water today and tomorrow and try to eat as cleanly as possible. Get on the scale again the day after tomorrow and you may be pleasantly surprised...most of that weight is probably just water retention from eating more sodium than you normally eat. I came got back from vacation last week absolutely disgusted…

Mine's open too, feel free to check it out or add me. I could always use more accountability. (: (The past few days have been atrocious, I know, but we're about to move, so I'm trying to enjoy some of the "tastes of home" before it's not home anymore...should be back to normal this weekend!)
-
I've always found that drinking a lot of water helps. Going for a long walk typically works too. If all else fails, just sleep it off. You'll feel better in the morning and you can get back on track then.

This. Also, Kashi is owned by Kellogg's. I try to avoid it unless there are no better options around.

My dad tried it a few months ago and was violently ill for like 48 hours afterwards. I tried it yesterday and was perfectly fine. It seems to depend on the person.
