OM NOM NOM NOM!! If you can't stand oatmeal (you get used to it, now i just cook it with water, actually tbh it's kinda bland), try it in a smoothie!!! Say, 200ml low fat milk, oats, some berries etc, bit of honey, bit of juice/water and you're good to go! Oatmeal is the breakfast of champions.
