My goals...get back down to 168 by the end of the challange
Workout goal...do my taining for 5k atleast 5 days a week
Food goals...eat atleast 2 fruits and veggies a day (three each would be awesome)
and drink 10 glasses of water a day

I'm starting at 199.8 and my pledges are:
12 8oz glasses of water every day
walk/jog on the treadmil at least 6x in these 2weeks
do 30min additional exercise on the days I do the tread, otherwise 45min on non tread days
I'd love to see 193.9 on the scale by the end of this, so we'll see what happens, that I cannot promise.0 -
