    My goals...get back down to 168 by the end of the challange

    Workout goal...do my taining for 5k atleast 5 days a week

    Food goals...eat atleast 2 fruits and veggies a day (three each would be awesome)
    and drink 10 glasses of water a day

    I'm starting at 199.8 and my pledges are:

    12 8oz glasses of water every day
    walk/jog on the treadmil at least 6x in these 2weeks
    do 30min additional exercise on the days I do the tread, otherwise 45min on non tread days
    I'd love to see 193.9 on the scale by the end of this, so we'll see what happens, that I cannot promise.

    Weight- 253.5
    Goal is to be 185 lbs by Nov 11
    Short term goal is 235 by my 50th birthday

    I am determined to walk 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes.
    Drink more water daily..
    Limit my DDP
    Not allow those around me to slow my progress down...

    Pledging to...
    - Drink at least 10 cups of water a day
    - Exercise at least 1/2 hour 6 days a week for the length of this challenge
    - Cut down on sodium
    - Lose at least 2 pounds in the next 2 weeks

    Pledges for the 2 weeks:

    Drink at least 8 glasses of water EVERYDAY
    Do 30 mins cardio 4X a week
    Do 15 mins strength/yoga on Wii 3X a week
    Stay within my calorie goal weekdays
    Walk at the weekend with my Mum and Sis-in-Law

    Oh and I'm going to keep Just Dance-ing!!!!!

    Goals:
    Run 3x a week
    Strength Train 3x a week
    Take my dog Lou on a walk during my lunch at least 3x a week

    Today's weight: 198.6 lbs

    My pledge for the next 2 weeks:

    Run a 5K once per week
    Not miss my Zumba class at all & try to catch an extra to make up for the 2 classes I missed this month!
    Drink more water on the weekends :drinker:
    Get on my Wii at least twice a week!

    I'm also hoping for 195 lbs when the 2 weeks is up! :bigsmile:

    1- Beat Looby's score at JD2 at least once
    2- drink my water
    3- NO BINGEING!!!!

    My goals are to eat fish 3 times a week (yuck)
    Eat at least 3 servings of fruit and veggies a day.
    Do strength training at least 3 times a week.
    Do 30 minutes of cardio every other day.

    I'm in and will post my weigh in tomorrow morning.

    My goals:

    To drink more water
    To walk for 30 minutes 3 times a week
    Attend 1 hour Pilates class once a week
    Do 30 minutes swimming once a week
    To get on JD2 (when my arriuves!!!) and hopefully keep up with Looby (my daughter's sister-in-law) if not beat her!!!!!!!

    I am so glad to have everyone here! :bigsmile: OK so just so you know, my starting weight is 210.
    We also have a whopping 26 people in the challenge this time around! I just know that this is going to be AWESOME!!!

    Goals: 8-10 glasses of water daily (i suck at this)
    Gym at least 3 times this week
    Beat Looby and Bru at least once on any Just dance 2 song :love:

    Eat Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner EVERY day.
  • Ok, so If you want to you can post you weight this Friday(1/28) for the middle of our two week challenge. Next Friday (2/4) EVERYONE needs to post their weigh so that I can announce the winner!.

    1/2 way thru challange and weight is 170 (down 1 lb)....I will take it though because TOM is here....so hopefully by end of challange I will be back at 168....see you all 2/4, good luck!!

    My starting weight is 260.6
    My weigh this week is 255.6 - 5 lbs!!

    My goals are

    To do a HIIT workout 3 times - Done!
    To do Strength training 3 times - Doing Yoga for this and done!
    To remember to do my calorie cycling -Doing this!

    Good job all, I didn't do too well, but I have worked out everyday and hit my calorie goals, not sure why the wait does not come off as quick as I want, I will blame this on TOM....
