Yay!!!! Well done!! Day 2 (day 12), Level 2 finished. When she says she wants you to feel like you're gonna die. . . check! Although, I did just finish my 2 mile fast walk with ankle weights.

We had my husband's company party last night, and we danced our booties off, so I'm bailing on working out today. I figure I burned about 700 calories dancing for 2 hours! Pooped! I'll start level 2 tomorrow.

I think as a one time deal it wouldn't hurt, but you don't want to get into that habit because your muscles take something like 48-72 hours to repair after tearing, which is what lifting does to your muscles.

Day 10 over. Yay! Get to start Level 2 tomorrow. I'm super ready for something different! What's BFBM?

I jump on the balls, yep. Now I'm reaching to the left with my right arm across my body and pushing my right leg out at and angle; same cardio just a different move and no more achy knees. It's amazing. I did jj's all the time in elementary school. . . 35 years ago LOL Day 8 complete! Level 2 coming up on Friday!

Okay, this is only 2 years beyond the posting point, but I just read that a 140 lb woman will burn 38 calories every 10 minutes with 5 lb ankle weights.

Day 7 Level 1 completed. I refuse to do one more jumping jack. They really hurt my knees and calves. I don't get it either. I can run, but can't do jumping jacks?

Lounged on Saturday. Day 6 on Sunday, Day 7 completed with my 2 mile walk today :)

I know I tend to turn it to muscle instead of just losing the extra weight. It's just my build, though. Do you think you might doing that?

Woot! Day 5. I've been walking for 2.2 miles with a friend in addition, but it got cold in Houston! Crazy! So I wimped out and burned more calories inside with Vinyasa Yoga. I really like this program.

Day 4 completed first thing this morning!

Day 3 finished. My calves still burn so bad. I jogged in place during jumping jacks, making sure my heels hit the ground every time. Yeouch!

Day 2! I'm passing on the cardio that has you jumping. I'm grapevining instead! LOL My calves burn so bad!! :D

I just started the 30 DS today! I loved it. My knees started aching during the second circuit, so I started doing random movements during the cardio to relieve the tension. Then I got on my foam roller and rolled the pain out. I figured I was still moving, if not exactly like she was ;)

I absolutely love myyogaonline.com It's inexpensive, and they are really excellent at letting you know how to be in proper form. They have Beginner to Advanced. They have many how-to videos. Their videos run from 15 minutes to 90 minutes. I highly recommend it. You can do it for free for 2 weeks. I do agree with the…
